No bed sheets provided, we used towels instead. The outside noise was very loud, someone was shouting all night. The kitchen was not well-equipped, which was important for us. There were no knives, the cutlery was dirty, no fresh sponge, and the kettle had wet mould with a disgusting smell. There was no one at reception, even though I informed them of my daytime arrival time. I ended up waiting outside for approximately an hour.

Location was good, staff member Damla was nice and helpful as she was the only one working there during our stay.

The WiFi is terrible. It's falsely advertised as high-speed when in reality it's about 0-4Mbps in the rooms. The only place it reaches 80Mbps is in the lobby, which is a small area. When I raised this issue with the owner many times, at first he said it was a problem with the area, which is false, because why would the lobby still have faster speeds than the rooms. Eventually, I took it up in a complaint with booking.com and he lied and told them it was our devices, which is also false because their own TVs were struggling to get internet to even play Netflix. Also, 3 days before we were leaving, a water pipe burst on the roof and water leaked into our room through the ceiling lights, which is not the hotel's fault. But you would think that after that they would offer to move me to another room. However, when I asked, I was ignored and they sent Damla with towels and a hairdryer to do her best to dry the room.
