It was really a very bad experience. I had already booked the hotel two days before my arrival. When I arrived, I was told that the hotel had no available rooms due to renovations. Instead, they showed me a storage room and said I could sleep there, even though it had just been painted and smelled strongly of paint.
I was really shocked. After that, they themselves suggested taking me to another hotel. However, the other hotel in the neighboring street was also a big disappointment: it was very dirty, small, and had no elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, and I even injured my hand in the process. Despite this, there was no apology and no real help from the staff.
Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I am not satisfied with the handling and the service at all.
