Good location and quiet place, tea and coffee available 24 hours. Welcoming and cooperation of the staff is great.
Cleanliness, most of the things not cleaned and the staff cleaning the toilet and basin with used towels in the room. No exhaust fan in the kitchen, in the toilet not working. Water mixer in the kitchen rusty. Cup is broken. Dust under the bed. Fungus in toilet. Hair dryer full of dust and fungus. Kettle rusty from inside.
