Very helpful owner; we had to book urgently after midnight, and we were able to get the keys in 15 minutes. Room is quite clean, mostly similar to the photos but a little bit more worn out. There was a cooking place and some basic kitchen necessities; we didn't have to use them, but it was a nice touch. Streets around are quiet, clean, and there are a bunch of restaurants right nearby. Location is good too, pretty close to all the main tourist attractions.
