BeatrizGood location, functional hotel
The location was very good for walking to many important tourist places (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, etc). The staff was friendly. The mattress and sheets were of great quality (except for the extra bed).
We requested a room for three adults and one of the beds was extra. The mattress was very thin on a board, very hard. We had to inform reception and they tried to solve it by putting another mattress on top. It does not have a restaurant (only delivery from external establishments). Breakfast is not great. The rooms overlook an internal courtyard and if you don't close the curtains, you can be seen from the entrance hall and from the other rooms. It wouldn't even be like a 5* hotel in Spain.
