BeatrizGood location, functional hotel
The location was very good to walk to many important tourist sites (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, etc.) The staff was friendly. The mattress and sheets were of great quality (except for the extra bed).
We requested a room for three adults and one of the beds was an extra bed with a very thin mattress on a board, very hard. We had to report it at reception and they tried to solve it by putting another mattress on top. There is no restaurant (only delivery from external establishments). The breakfast is not great. The rooms face an inner courtyard and if you don't close the curtains, you can be seen from the entrance hall and other rooms. It wouldn't be like a 5* hotel in Spain.
