We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Ahmad. He was incredibly cooperative, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were not friendly enough. When we faced a problem in the shower, instead of understanding and helping to fix the issue, they showed an attitude as if we (3 people) were trying to cause a problem. Fortunately, we found a way to fix the heating system of the shower water.
Staff attitude. The room in the hotel is smaller than it appears in the photos (still okay).
