Everything was good

Located next to the metro and downstairs we can take the tram and move around calmly. But returning to the hotel on time is desirable. Since there can be danger with taxis on the streets and at night people are too different.

Thanks to the mosque, in the mornings it's noisy, and in general, if the window and door are open, the street never sleeps. But it's cool, and the mosque only makes it better. For people who don't like noise, then it's better to look for a quieter place.

Exceptional

The rooms are very spacious and clean, each room is on its own floor. The reception is very small, and the staff are very good at welcoming. The location is very close to Taksim Square, about a 2-minute walk. The internet is excellent, and the security is very high, to the point that a stranger cannot enter the place. The stay at this place was excellent.

Only downside is the sound of cars on the street, and this is normal because the hotel is on the main road.

Pleasant

Exceptional location, situated right on Taksim Square, which makes accessing public transport and the meeting point for my booked tour extremely convenient. The staff members were delightful and accommodating. The room was kept clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable.

I found that the room appeared more dated than it did in the photos. The shower head in the room requires repair as the water flows unevenly from each end of the fixture instead of providing a consistent shower experience.

An exceptional experience.

The staff Jamshed, Ata'a, and Saleim were exceptional hosts. They were extremely welcoming and made the stay truly exceptional.

No comments to add, the property is well-maintained, serviced, and the staff are always available to help.
