ErkanA lovely stay with wonderful staff and a hotel that has great potential.
The location was excellent and in a beautiful part of Ortaköy, although it is on a very steep hill. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. A special thank you to Berrin Teyze, who is truly the backbone of this hotel. She works incredibly hard, is always smiling, welcoming, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, thanks to her efforts. We'd also like to thank Hasret and Ibrar at reception for being friendly, helpful, and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel feels a little outdated and would really benefit from refurbishment. We also think more attention should be given to cleanliness, and the hotel appeared to be understaffed and could be better organized. It has huge potential to become one of the most popular hotels in Ortaköy, but these improvements are needed to reach that standard.
