Poor management is affecting a fantastic hotel.

The hotel's location, room decor, pool area, and breakfast are all rated 10/10.
The café/bar connected to the pool is impressive. You can't get closer to Sultanhamet/Blue Mosque! The street has a great vibe with 4 excellent restaurants.
The management was unhelpful. Eventually, I gave up trying to talk to them and decided to express my disappointment through this review.
1. Instead of the comfort room I booked, I was given a superior room. When I asked about it, I was told there were no available rooms for the rest of my stay. The following day, I had to insist on changing rooms.
2. Upon check-in, we had to wait for an hour for someone to switch on the fuse so that the air conditioning would work in a hot room at 11pm. Despite being told that the air con was working (thanks to a previous review warning), I had to go to the lobby twice because the phone was disconnected.
3. After relocating to a different room, we found there was only scalding hot water with no cold water, so we had to move once more.
4. In the third room, the air conditioning panel was faulty, resulting in freezing temperatures. Despite calling three times and waiting three hours for an extra blanket, we realised that the staff were not taking the situation seriously. Furthermore, this room also had intermittent cold water issues, which posed a risk of burns.
5. Amenities like toilet paper, conditioner, and water were not restocked.
6. Despite informing the management of all these issues on the fourth day, they did nothing to address them.

Pleasant

Location - you couldn't ask for better.
Free parking - a great thing in the very center of the city.
The pool is small. 8-10 loungers for two hotels.
Breakfast is terribly modest. Definitely not five stars.
The staff does not respond to requests. Called for a technician, asked to change the towels - they promised, but no one came.
Room cleaning is superficial. There's a lot of dust on the shelves.
The water in the shower doesn't drain away...
