-Very friendly and helpful staff
-Great location very close to Sultan Ahmed Square, only a hundred meters from the Blue Mosque (no slope to reach the hotel)
-All amenities next to the hotel (mini market, bazaar, restaurants, ...)
-Very spacious rooms well equipped with antique rustic style / private bathrooms
-Very good breakfast served at the table with a good variety
-Missing safe in the room
-Rooms on the upper floor with no elevator, not very practical for elderly people
