Very Poor
The room is quite run down. There are no facilities for guests with mobility needs like those with prams or those in wheelchairs. The staircase leading to the upstairs twin rooms is very dark and spiral. The one-bedroom room is on the ground floor but still quite dark and run down. The staff's English proficiency is poor, making communication difficult except through Google Translate, which also often malfunctions. The Wi-Fi was terrible, but fortunately, it was fixed the next day. The door hinge was broken but repaired promptly after I reported it. However, why wasn't this checked before my arrival? Is this the standard of care for this property? Breakfast is not served on-site but in another building across the street where guests are somewhat treated as second-class. They inquire about your accommodation or residence, which feels embarrassing. There is no housekeeping, so no one empties your bins, which tend to fill up if you are staying for four days as the bins are quite small. While the room appeared as advertised on booking.com, it lacked comfort. There is significant noise from the street with scooters, cars, and pedestrians, making it difficult to sleep due to poor soundproofing. Despite contacting the property in advance for adjustments, I received no response. There were no instructions provided for check-in, leaving guests stranded outside upon arrival. Contacting the property through the provided phone number on booking.com, guests are directed to another building across the street to collect keys and move in with minimal assistance from staff.
All of the above that I mentioned

Great place, want to come back!
Great place, want to come back!
I really wanted to thank you for our wonderful vacation.
We stayed in hotel-owned apartments, and every morning we had breakfast at their restaurant. And it is breakfasts that deserve special words! They were very tasty, diverse, and filling. Each day was a good choice: several types of cheese, ham, olives, eggs, vegetables, fruits, watermelon, porridge, various spreads, cereals that could be poured with hot milk or yogurt. On different days, there were omelets, sausages, hot dogs, and various soups. For dessert, there were always pastries. Also, Turkish tea, packaged teas to choose from.
I was very pleased with the free coffee machine with excellent cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate, and other beverages. There were also always packaged natural juices (orange and cherry).
As soon as a dish finished on the common table, the waiters immediately refilled it.
The restaurant was always clean, cozy, and beautiful. Pleasant Turkish music played quietly, there were several notable places where you could have breakfast: in the inner courtyard, on the veranda, on the balcony, and inside the premises. The atmosphere was just magnificent.
A special thank you to the entire staff. All employees are very friendly, genuinely smile, always ready to help. Particularly memorable was the young employee from Turkmenistan, who speaks five languages, helps with luggage, advises on any questions, and does everything with great pleasure. Huge gratitude also to the owner of the establishment - a very pleasant, responsive person who speaks freely in Russian, Turkish, and English and always helped us, accommodating our requests.
I want to separately note the attitude towards guests. On the day of departure, they completely freely allowed us to leave our luggage, carefully attached tags to our bags to prevent confusion. Such attention to detail is not always encountered.
The location is also excellent. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town.
Among the few cons, you can only note the noise from the street. Sometimes at night, cars pass by with loud music or motorcycles. We lived on the first floor, so it was probably louder. There were also strange cries of seagulls (as if laughing/giggling), but this is throughout the city.
