Only the location is worthwhile, but still not close to any public transport.

The girl at the reception also deserves credit, very kind and helpful.

As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the dirty room, already used toilet paper, a tiny balcony in extremely dirty conditions, a smelly mini fridge with an aluminum tray for food still inside. Housekeeping and cleaning are done every 3 days, as stated by them near the doors; breakfast is always the same with few things available and definitely items from previous days. We had to ask for another toilet paper roll. The air conditioner is poorly positioned, and very old anyway; nonexistent soundproofing; after the only housekeeping received in 6 nights and 7 days, not even the bathroom was cleaned, just a quick sweep. Oh, I forgot, very very small room.

The city is beautiful, but what is in the city is not so beautiful

I got in touch with someone from booking support, I explained that I will arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, meaning at 5 AM, the support from the app confirmed that they contacted the hotel and that an early check-in would be possible, or I could leave the luggage at the reception, that didn't happen, I arrived there at 5 AM, the person at the reception was actually sleeping on a sofa, I knocked for them to open, they came out annoyed, I explained the whole situation and they replied that there were no rooms available, we understood, they didn't allow us to leave the luggage, we stayed in front of the hotel for 2 hours until 7 AM when a sanitation worker passed by and asked us what we were doing there, they knocked on the reception's door and asked how is it possible to let us stay like that in front of the hotel, only then they allowed us to leave our luggage inside.

They are not updated with the bookings made on Booking.com, you arrive there and you don't know if you still have a reservation or not, even though you have paid

Very Good

Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to Sultanahmet and Ayasofya. Very good staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for the help with the package - the staff even paid for its shipment. I recommend!

As for the cons - the room was a bit dark, as there was not enough natural lighting. In general, I liked everything.
