Enjoyed the visit to Istanbul. The hotel was OK, just did not have a 'wow' factor.

1. TV programming is limited, and TV is unreliable. Difficult to navigate to channels.

2. Shower tub too hard to get into because the tub is very high and there is no grab bar.

3. Room lighting is poor. Hard to read book, newspaper because the lighting is poor.

4. Lobby is too dark and seems unwelcoming.

Great location, lovely staff who were very accommodating

Our room was air conditioned but still got quite hot

Thank you for making us feel welcome, for the Turkish tea you served us every time we stay in the garden, for the blanket.

The Turkish style of the rooms, garden at the back and area where I could practice my morning yoga session.

The floor of the area at the back wasn't clean or washed for 4 days.
