Excellent staff, very clean rooms, and a wonderful overall experience.

The reception staff were exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. They were always kind, professional, and never said "no" to any request I had. They did their best to help with everything. The rooms were also much cleaner than those at Avlonya and Avrasya hotels. Overall, it was an extraordinary experience, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay.

The windows do not seal properly, so outside noise can be heard from the street. The walls are also quite thin, and noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.

The staff is super friendly, the bed is very comfortable.

The room is very clean, but small, quite tight.

For being a new hotel, you can hear a lot from the rooms next door and the street, it is not well soundproofed.

The room is very small and poorly soundproofed.
