It is an old beautifully building, it is a shame that it is in this condition.

I am genuinely surprised that this property is presented as a 5-star hotel. It is clear that no recent investment has been made, and the overall experience is far from what a luxury hotel should offer. For 3 nights we paid more than 2,700 EUR, and the value received was nowhere near acceptable.

Arrival & First Impressions:

No welcome drink, no proper greeting, and no sense of hospitality upon arrival. Just asking your credit card additional deposit or cash!

When I kindly asked for computer to send a work report (as I had forgotten to do it earlier), I was told that the hotel does not have a computer or iPad available for guests. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming 5 stars.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

The stairs leading to the rooms were consistently dirty. The same pieces of garbage remained there for days, which shows a complete lack of housekeeping oversight.

The path to the spa was even worse — we had to walk through large puddles, and my hotel slippers became wet and muddy. This should never happen in a luxury resort.

Transportation & Staff Coordination:

We requested a buggy and waited at the designated station for 20 minutes, but it never arrived.

Than we walked to the spa, accompanied by a very kind receptionist - the only staff member who showed genuine care. Unfortunately she was completely new and did not know where the spa entrance was, and we walked in circles trying to find it. Also the outside pools were not working !

Breakfast Experience:

Breakfast options were extremely limited: only a basic Turkish breakfast and eggs. No buffet, no variety - something you would expect in a simple 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one.

The breakfast staff did not speak English, which made communication unnecessarily difficult.

I waited 20 minutes for a simple herbal tea two days in a row.

It is obvious that the hotel relies on untrained interns with very low service standards. At minimum, staff should speak English and receive basic hospitality training.
