We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, thanks to its location we managed to visit all the places we planned. Nearby metro, tower.

The location was pleasant, and the reception desk staff were friendly. The price was okay.

I was quite disappointed that the description of the budget double room did not clearly state that the room was located in a basement without windows. The room photos on the listing showed a window, but it was misleading as that window faced the hallway in the basement! (Our room didn't even have that one window, which I actually prefer). The reception desk staff couldn't assist because they mentioned it was specified in the booking, but I checked all the confirmation emails and it was not mentioned. Therefore, it's advisable to inquire with the hotel before booking to avoid any surprises. Even the booking support was unhelpful. In my view, it is crucial to be transparent about the accommodation conditions provided. It should clearly state that the room is LOCATED IN A BASEMENT!
