SenerWe left and went elsewhere.
Unfortunately, we didn't like anything about our hotel. There was apparently a double booking upon arrival, and they wanted to move us to another room - smaller, unclean, and certainly not what we had originally booked.
The window could not be locked; the wind kept opening it by itself. Mold was already visible under the too short skirting board. You can imagine for yourselves how dangerous mold is for health. Overall, the stay was far from what we were expecting.
Our downgrade, usually you get an upgrade in case of a system error or compensation. But we got a downgrade and nothing else.
