Great location. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee area is open 24/7, convenient with a child.
The view terrace is neglected. It needs repairs and tables. Plus, the breakfast is very poor.

The location is very good, near San Francisco and the Blue Crystal Palace. A bit far from the train station, carrying luggage is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast is very good, you can have a lot of colorful pastries.
The sink in the bathroom is too small and narrow.

Despite arriving late at night, the staff was super friendly and since our daughters were very sleepy, they quickly checked us in. The location is perfect for visiting the heart of Istanbul on foot. Good buffet breakfast and staff always very kind and helpful for every need.
