The room was extremely lovely, clean, and well-maintained. It provided all necessary amenities — like crockery and utensils, a laundry machine, dishwasher, shampoo, and shower gel. Housekeeping was carried out daily. The room matched the photos perfectly. Surprisingly, it appeared more compact in the images, but in actuality, it was quite spacious. Featuring 3 rooms, it was incredibly comfortable. Ms. Shirin and Mr. Sadi were exceptionally supportive throughout our visit. I highly recommend it!

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful during check-in as I arrived very late and someone had to be notified to let me in. The room was spotless and very large. The staff ensured that I had all the necessary amenities and inquired if I needed anything else. I have no concerns about the cleanliness either.

Probably the best location, just because of the proximity to Taksim Square. The apartment looks like in the pictures but in reality, it is much more modest and worn out. The bed linen and towels were clean, the beds comfortable, it has air conditioning and heating that you can regulate yourself. The bathroom had basic toiletries. Nearby there are markets, restaurants, pharmacies...
Sparse equipment in the apartment, minimal tableware and questionable cleanliness. During the 7-day stay, there was no cleaning or change of bed linen, they changed the towels twice and took out the trash. They never brought toilet paper (we had to buy it ourselves). It would have been good if at least a bottle of water had welcomed us in the apartment.
