Location
Heater and air conditioning are very noisy, too hot, toilet seat was broken, stove was dirty, and hotel staff were not very helpful. I asked for water and coffee, but was told the cleaner has the kitchen key. As a result, I couldn't have tea, coffee, or water that night. I was forced to pay in Euros at a higher rate or leave. They gave me a much smaller room than the one I booked. It was very hot, they couldn't control the temperature, and the bathroom exhaust was very noisy when turned on. It made an unbearable sound, like a broken factory.
