Perfect position to explore the old city, close to everything. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

SatraAll in all, I am happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful, and you get what you pay for. I also booked a single room.
I liked the location. It is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all within walking distance. Numerous restaurants and shops nearby made our stay easy and convenient.
Our room was in the basement, but I understand this because I booked a budget room, so you get what you pay for. However, the slippers they provided were very thin, almost like paper. They could have offered proper slippers. I will post a photo.
During our 5-night stay, they cleaned the room and provided new towels, but they did not change the bed sheet.
They also did not provide a duvet - maybe because it is summer — only a blanket, so we had to set the air-conditioner to a very low temperature.
Another thing is that when you go out of the hotel to the main street, you need to walk uphill, which can be tiring.
