Very clean room and very friendly staff. It is a 5-minute walk from the Sultanahmet Square. Every day they left two 0.5-liter bottles of water in the room for free. Hearty breakfast. I recommend!

Everything was fine except for...
However, the impression was greatly spoiled by the woman working in the kitchen. She behaved very rudely and unfriendly. In the mornings, she would bang the dishes so loudly that we would wake up from this noise. It was also unpleasant to watch her forcefully throwing and placing dishes during breakfast, creating a sense as if something was about to break. Such behavior causes discomfort to the guests and does not correspond to the atmosphere of hospitality.
We really hope that the management will pay attention to this situation and take necessary measures. Due to such attitude of the staff, unfortunately, we no longer want to return to this hotel despite all its advantages.
