BadriyaRoom with lovely views
The accommodation was spotless with stunning views. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, plates, utensils, and cups. An iron and ironing board were available. There was toilet paper, bin bags, air conditioning, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. Sufficient clean towels were provided. Cleaning was promptly carried out upon request. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was delightful, and the two ladies attending to us were exceptionally kind.
The rooms were located separately from the main hotel, down a steep road. We had to walk uphill to the hotel every morning for breakfast, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, there was a power outage for two days, making the room uncomfortably hot. Although the generator was switched on on the second day, it only powered the lights, not the air conditioning. We asked for fans, which were provided, but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused. Consequently, the lifts were out of service for these two days, and we had to use the stairs with two children and a person with a knee problem. Additionally, we had medication that needed refrigeration, so we had to purchase ice.

Beds were a little hard. Couldn't open our door fully due to a sofa in the way. Couldn't adjust air-conditioning.
