Nothing except the stairs, which is somewhat difficult for old people.

We stayed here for one night between flights, and everything was great. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street, yet only a 5-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to reach the Old Town.
The host was very friendly and helped us arrange a taxi at 4:00 a.m., which was especially helpful in an unfamiliar country. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel staff was exceptional, the young people at the reception were very polite and kind, helped with transportation, ordered a transfer from the hotel to the airport, assisted with luggage, and escorted to the transfer point. I couldn't have done it alone!

Nice staff, clean bed sheets and towels. Small cozy room. The location is perfect, in the heart of Taksim, 100 meters from Istiklal street.
No elevator and the stairs are narrow and difficult to climb. We were supposed to have our room on the first floor but during check-in, the plan changed to the second floor. However, the staff are friendly and helpful
