The hotel's location is superb (according to our needs), cleanliness in the room, room size, quality furniture and appliances, comfortable beds, it was quiet enough, which is important for a good rest, ventilation in the room works great
The impression about the hotel was spoiled only at the check-in moment. Arriving late at night, tired from the road with children, we felt like we were being deceived that there were no rooms in the hotel, only 2-room ones at a price 2 times higher than we expected. Without leaving the reception, we immediately found a room through Booking that we planned to check in, made a reservation through the website, and the administrator immediately found us several rooms in the hotel, showed us and we checked in, losing 1 hour of time for clarification. Wanted more honesty and specifics regarding the actual availability of rooms, more efficiency at the moment of check-in. Otherwise, the administrator helped us to check-in, brought a children's bedding set within 20 minutes and explained the gym's working hours, spa, and tomorrow's breakfast schedule, for which we thanked him.
