My stay at the Luxury Royal Hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below the expectations of a property that positions itself as a luxury establishment.

The room was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible mold in the shower area, and overall room cleanliness was poor. The air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot during my stay. Adding to the discomfort, the blanket seemed to be made of a nylon-like material that caused excessive sweating and made it almost impossible to have a restful night's sleep.

What added to the frustration was the lackluster service at the front desk. Staff displayed little interest when problems were brought to their attention and did not make significant efforts to address them. It was evident that basic customer service and professionalism were lacking.

Despite these significant issues, the hotel charges premium rates that are entirely unwarranted. Paying luxury prices for subpar accommodation, inadequate maintenance, and poor service is not acceptable.

I strongly recommend that potential guests seek accommodations elsewhere. Until management resolves the cleanliness problems, room maintenance issues, and service deficiencies, this hotel cannot justify its reputation for luxury or its high prices.

Good location, clean

Sockets were not fixed properly, no English channels although the staff were friendly. Knocked on my door early in the morning, phone fell off the wall. Could have been better

Very bad service, non-working window, very cold room without working heating and other problems. Strongly don't recommend to stay here
