May 1, 2026 I made a reservation at the hotel on the same day I received confirmation and a room reservation number from the hotel

I received confirmation and a taxi reservation number. On May 11, 2026, I arrived in Istanbul, the transfer met me and brought me to the hotel, at the hotel they told me that there is no reservation under your passport. Then I show the reservation number sent to me by the hotel along with the confirmation. They tell me that there is no booking under your name and your family name, then I ask for confirmation and the reservation number that the hotel Royal sent me. Although my family name, first name, and reservation number do not exist. Can someone explain????

The room overall is average - nothing impressive, but not bad either. The hotel, however, is in need of major renovation.

I liked the location, the staff, and the snacks.

Feeling cramped throughout the hotel, I sensed the smell of canal, an outdated hotel that needs updating. There is no parking, which forced us to park far away.
