AliA property that those who prioritize location can consider.
The location of the property was really great. You can reach Taksim Square within 2-3 minutes on foot. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We generally liked the room design; it had a stylish and nice decor.
Unfortunately, the facilities were well below our expectations, and apart from verbal feedback, no action was taken to compensate for this.
The absence of toilet paper in the bathroom can be considered as a human need, of course. However, the television was not working; the fireplace in the room was also unusable. When we reported this issue to the reception, they acknowledged the problem and said they were dealing with it technically, but the problem could not be fixed both yesterday and today. We expected to be informed about this issue when we made our reservation.
The seating area on the balcony was not as it appeared in the photos. The chairs had cigarette burns on them. This situation may not be a big problem on its own; however, the chairs were incredibly dusty. Although it is understandable that the air is hot and dusty, it was quite clear that no action was taken regarding the cleanliness of the area.
We really liked the room design and the staff at the reception were friendly. However, we believe that the overall service offered was inadequate and lacking.
