Quiet and well located accommodation, everything within walking distance, large spacious room, comfortable bed

Quiet, well located, ferry accessible on foot in 15 minutes

We had a great stay. The staff were really kind and hospitable. I have stayed at Riva Moda before and would consider staying again.

Location of the hotel is great. Right across the Moda waterfront but you are also very close to the Kadikoy market and all the cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable for 2 people without feeling like you don't have room to put your stuff away. Very much enjoyed our scenic sea view from the room.

Some things in the room were broken from wear and tear over time and some things need to be renovated to keep the hotel nice. I have been to this hotel 5 years ago and it was in much better condition but everything still works as it should but just needs small renovation to keep the place looking new.

Great location but noisy, request a room facing the sea

Perfectly situated in one of Istanbul's trendiest neighbourhoods - away from the tourist crowds, yet surrounded by charming cafes, excellent restaurants, and a delightful seaside promenade. The room was generously sized with a well-equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, a casual beer bar attracts a stylish local crowd.

It was extremely noisy. There is an ongoing construction nearby and constant loud traffic on the street. Despite the street appearing narrow and not seeming to accommodate a lot of cars - it definitely does! All-night traffic. For a quieter stay, request a room facing the sea. I was also not pleased that there was no breakfast option on site, but fortunately, there were a couple of really good breakfast restaurants within a 100m radius.
