On the positive side, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, allowing easy walking access to most of the main attractions. Breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day.
On the downside, the room was extremely cold on the first day of our stay. After informing the receptionist, they provided a portable heater. Additionally, the hot water took quite a long time to heat up.

The property was perfectly located! Close to the bazaar, shops, and tram. The staff was friendly.
There was a moldy smell in the room. The heating wasn't working, the toilet wouldn't flush.
