TheoOverall, I was satisfied.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, truly 10/10. The restaurant staff was also very nice.
The evening staff at the reception (two girls) were very helpful. However, I can't say the same about the morning staff (two guys) who didn't seem particularly interested in helping with my questions - especially the older one. The only thing they could say was 'take a taxi'.
Additionally, the hotel lobby was full of young children (around 8-10 years old) running around and screaming while their mother sat there undisturbed. They were clearly not staying at the hotel, as I understood. It didn't feel very professional for a four-star hotel. Of course, it could have been a coincidence.

Staff at the reception leaves something to be desired, for example, not friendly greeting when guests return to the hotel, mostly busy with personal phone! Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast very good and varied, only the coffee leaves much to be desired.
