Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the Sultanahmet and Ayasofya. Very good staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for the assistance with the parcel - the staff even paid for its shipment. I recommend!
The only downside was that the room was a bit dark, as there was insufficient natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was great.

Near the city center
We are a couple who have stayed more than once in this hotel. The first time was when we got married in 2016. We had always been very happy and the staff was friendly.
Now there is an older gentleman at the reception who is very impolite. When we arrived, he asked us to prove that we are married (which we can understand) but his attitude was constantly one of scorn and prejudice, as if we were undesirable people. We spent some time looking for our documentation on the mobile phone and the gentleman continued to treat us with contempt. Finally, he gave us a room 1 meter from the reception which was literally a dark hole, as if he wants to 'keep us under control'. We complained and another gentleman at the reception, who I think may be from Azerbaijan, was kind and understanding and gave us a decent room.
My wife felt humiliated, judged as if she were a woman from the street going to a hotel for sexual services. As a Turkish person, I felt despised and judged by a fellow countryman.
We used to really like this hotel but this unpleasant experience has made us decide to never come back again.
We understand that they want to be a respectable hotel, but they cannot judge us directly. We are very disappointed.
