I cannot understand how similar facilities can still appear on booking. After reading the countless bad and negative reviews, I wrote to the facility asking if the room would be the same, if they could reassure us about the noise situation, but I never received a response from them. Even Booking.com's assistance tried to contact the facility with no response.
I decided not to stay here and lose the money from the reservation, but it was still a terrible experience.
There are so many facilities, even at a low price, in Istanbul. Choose another one and not this one.

Low price, fairly convenient location. Quite friendly, Russian-speaking staff.
Terribly noisy, constant shouting, music, car alarms until 6 in the morning. The area is very criminal. Breakfasts are meager, monotonous. Breakfast is supposed to start at 8:30, but in fact, nothing is ready at all by that time. The woman who prepares breakfasts demonstratively does not rush anywhere. Overall the hotel is very tired.

Raffin hotel does not actually exist. We were not informed and were provided a room in another hotel (Great Rafinn), which had completely different rooms from the ones we booked. When we discovered this, they explained that the Raffin hotel had been closed by the authorities and they automatically transferred the bookings without consent. They declined to refund any portion of our money. It is advisable to avoid this situation.
