An excellent room for a great price. Staff were very helpful and I felt like it was home from home.

The self check-in was a bit difficult, but we managed to solve everything in a very short time thanks to the help of the hotel. Towel change is available upon request, without any issue.
The cleanliness was good but not excellent. Room cleaning is available for 25€.

The kitchen was (is) very well equipped. Missing plates, glasses were promptly replaced upon request.
Communication with the team (Gülsah) in English was refreshing and uncomplicated. The location is perfect: trams, ferries, etc. are all within walking distance and all destinations in Istanbul are easy to explore.
Of course, everything can always be better. But the price-performance ratio fits well here.
