The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed a nice breakfast at a reasonable price.
I was particularly impressed with the check-in service. Ali went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and helped me with travel arrangements throughout my stay. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated his assistance.
I highly recommend Primero Hotel for a delightful stay in Istanbul.

The place offers an awesome price-quality ratio. The staff is very kind and attentive, the place is very centric, with buffet-style breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms with AC.
More breakfast options would be nice, but everything I had was very tasty.
