The position

Good choice for a brief stay in central Istanbul for one person

Beautifully designed and comfortable apartment in generally good condition. Spacious outdoor veranda with a dining table. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the apartment bright during the day. Comfortable large sofa and big TV. Kitchen corner equipped with essential amenities, including a washing machine; suitable for simple cooking. Delightful tea selection provided, particularly the fantastic Earl Grey tea. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Reliable Wi-Fi during my stay.

Excellent apartment location in the heart of Istanbul near the waterfront; within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops in the vicinity.

Efficient communication via WhatsApp with the apartment management. Clear check-in instructions and a smooth, uncomplicated check-in process. Reasonable nightly rate of €46 considering the overall experience.

Main issue was the prevalence of dust and dirt throughout the apartment, especially under the bed, sofa, and on top of the kitchen shelves. Clearly lacking proper cleaning for an extended period. Housekeeping should improve their cleaning standards.

Building lacks an elevator; steep and narrow stairs to the top floor pose challenges for moving large, heavy luggage and increase the risk of slips and falls. Exercise caution when navigating the stairs.

The apartment is quite small and most suitable for a single occupant. Limited space for storage necessitated keeping luggage on the balcony, leading to dust accumulation during my 3-night stay. Some equipment is outdated, such as the microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher. Inadequate closet space with a shaky, tiny section that cannot accommodate many items. Insufficient hangers provided. Extremely small bathroom with an impractical sink area and basic shower amenities. Weak water pressure and unstable shower holder. Low-quality bathroom supplies with an unpleasant odor.

Unfavorable experience with the neighboring cafe due to overcrowding and tables obstructing the building entrance, inconveniencing residents and visitors alike.

L’appartamento comodo per 3 persone.

La proprietaria è stata eccezionale!

Mancano degli appendini per i giubbotti e in bagno per gli asciugamani.

Le scale, seppur l’appartamento è al primo piano, sono ripide ed un po’ pericolose se non si ha molta agilità.

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l’acqua calda, subito risolti dalla proprietaria, con risposta immediata in whatsapp. Metterei un foglio con la spiegazione della caldaia nell’appartamento.

Se si ricerca il silenzio assoluto, poco consigliato
