We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. What impressed us most was the fantastic staff and their genuine hospitality. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional, and always very solution-oriented whenever we needed anything. The 24-hour service was a great advantage, and we always felt that someone was available to help. The breakfast was also very good and a pleasant start to the day. Overall, the wonderful staff, excellent service and great location made our stay especially enjoyable.
