Hotel in a perfect location with great breakfasts.

Great breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and cleanliness was maintained daily. Fabulous location.

To reach the elevator in our part of the hotel, you had to go through a narrow corridor and stairs, which with larger suitcases or for people with limited mobility may be inconvenient. The air conditioning was leaking a bit.

Exceptional

An outstanding hotel in the heart of Istanbul - perfect for families and friends!

Stayed at the Black Pearl hotel and was absolutely thrilled! The hotel is wonderful, very clean and cozy. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. Special thanks to the hotel employee (unfortunately, did not remember the name) for your care and kindness!

The breakfasts were very enjoyable: tasty, hearty, and diverse.

Location - simply 10 out of 10. The hotel is located in the very center, within walking distance from major attractions: Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet), Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya) and other interesting places. Nearby there is all necessary infrastructure: many cafes, restaurants, grocery and other stores. The location is great for both family trips and with friends.

The hotel also kindly arranged a transfer for us. We were met and taken back to the airport in a comfortable and spacious Mercedes Sprinter - with enough space for all passengers and luggage.

We were very pleased with the trip, everything was just superb! Will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lack of soundproofing.

Location.

Hotel staff attention

Absolute lack of soundproofing. There were nighttime construction works on the street where the hotel is located and the noise level in the room was very high. Also, the tram passing on the hotel street could be heard.

The staff make your stay very easy, I appreciate them 🌹

Staff's behavior

The only downside to the hotel is that it doesn't have its own parking, but there is one nearby and the metro is a bit noisy, sometimes it can be annoying, but not everything is very beautiful
