Disappointing

We did not like the hotel at all, very low for its price, cleanliness is poor, when we changed towels after 2 days, they did not put face towels, no matter how many times I told them. When we asked the cleaning lady when to clean the room, she said my work hours are over (my work hours end at 14:00) and left the trash in the middle of the room and left, I guess work hours have ended. When we came back in the evening, the trash welcomed us in the middle of the room.

We could never find the employee in charge of reservations whenever we called.

If I had not paid in advance, I would not have stayed for 1 day.

We would return to this hotel in the future.

We especially enjoyed the location as the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Istiklal Street. Everything is close by - shopping areas, restaurants, bars with live music... It is also near the metro and funicular. We had a good relationship with the host who was kind and helpful.

There is a night club nearby, so it was noisy at night.
