Excellent

The property is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The staff is very helpful and polite. However, I found the breakfast insufficient, it used to be an open buffet. The breakfast doesn't suit the place. They should change the plate presentation or find another solution. I will consider staying at Serafina for my next visit. It's a hotel I frequently prefer. The outdoor pool is very nice. The staff working there is very attentive. The food is also great. The overall property is very successful, thank you.
