The bed was comfortable
I have to make a list:
The receptionist took a long time to check in
The room I was given did not have wifi
They did not give me a solution for it
The included breakfast was in another place, they should specify
The reception staff was very unfriendly
The shower did not have a door
The television was for decoration because the cables did not work
I could go on but I think that's enough
