Disappointing

I don't like it at all

The constant smell of tobacco and the worst part is very little ventilation, there is no cleaning staff, the door handles are rusty, and although the bathroom is spacious, everything is old

Next to the exhibition.

The location to the exhibition is very convenient, just pass through the parking lot and you're there. Basically, for 2 nights for two, 47 euros per night is normal. I was looking on Booking.com by map, closer and more affordable in price it couldn't be better. The bathroom is a bit disappointing, completely worn out and I even saw cockroaches, but everything else worked, no problems with the water, the room is well ventilated. The mattress and bedding are good and clean. It turned out that the entire first floor is offices for room rental in this complex, they are not interconnected, each earns separately, only our admin thought to post through Booking.

I didn't like the entrance door, it's squeaky and the handle is not very good, the shower is very worn out.
