Quiet and good customer service
Prices are high, rooms are small, and the room in the reservation differs from reality

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, the experience was outstanding – just as good as the first.
The entire staff provides exceptional service, with a special mention to Mr. Ali and his father – wonderfully friendly, polite, and helpful individuals. They are always ready to assist, whether in person or via WhatsApp messages.
The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping service is immaculate.
The location is strategically fantastic: the hotel is very close to Taksim Square and just a few minutes' walk from the bus station serving both airports. Restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores are literally right outside the door.
This is a fantastic choice for those seeking a superb location, proximity to many tourist attractions, and easy access to public transport.
I will definitely return.
