Great location, easy walk to many attractions. The host Onur was extremely helpful, and took care of all our needs. In any other travels to Istanbul I will definitely rent this property again.

The location is cool. Especially if in Istanbul for the first time.
It is visible that this used to be a top-notch apartment with quality renovation (15-20 years ago).
The owners try to maintain order and coziness.
The very cool terrace on the top creates a wow effect.
The staircase is not for everyone. All rooms are on different floors, for example, the kitchen on the third, children's downstairs, and the bedroom on the second. But there are bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is convenient.
There was a slight characteristic smell in the house, typical of old buildings, but I couldn't identify it exactly. It was a bit stuffy because opening the windows from the central location can be noisy. It's not people shouting, but the sounds of the city. Therefore, it was a bit stuffy. However, the heating is easily adjustable, so there were no issues.
A small child (5 years old) wasn't too strong, but fell down the stairs on the first day, so we had to accompany him everywhere, which was inconvenient. Therefore, decide for yourself, either make friends with the stairs or like we did.
The showers in the bathrooms are very beautiful but tired, not very convenient to use.
