Great location, easy walk to many attractions. The host Onur was extremely helpful, and took care of all our needs. In any other travels to Istanbul I will definitely rent this property again.

Great location. Especially if it's your first time in Istanbul.
It's visible that at some point this was a top-quality apartment with a good repair (15-20 years ago).
The hosts try to maintain order and comfort.
The cool terrace on the top creates a wow effect.
The stairs are not for everyone. All rooms are on different floors, for example, the kitchen is on the third, the children's room downstairs, and the bedroom on the second. But there are bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is convenient.
There was a slight characteristic smell in the building, typical for old premises, but couldn't recognize it exactly. It was a bit stuffy. However, the heating is easily regulated, so there were no issues with this.
A small child (5 years old) fell from the stairs on the first day, and then had to be escorted everywhere, which was uncomfortable. So decide for yourselves, whether you and the stairs will be friends or not.
The showers in the bathrooms are very beautiful, but worn-out, not very convenient to use.
