Great location, close to everything you need to visit
We traveled by car and were offered a parking space
Good breakfast
We made the reservation on Booking where we had the possibility to choose our room, but to our surprise when we arrived they gave us a different room, claiming they upgraded us
We asked why? and the only response we got was a shrug
The very unpleasant surprise was that we received a room in the attic with only one key card for the door, and when we returned after a walk, it was probably 40 degrees in the room and the ceiling was very hot
We initially wanted to refuse the room, but we were staying for only 2 nights and the room was already paid for, so to look for another accommodation that evening... we gave up

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we have had a very positive experience once again. The room is very nice and having the balcony with a small table and chairs is a plus. The possibility of leaving the car parked in front of the hotel is very useful for those traveling by car like us. Excellent breakfast, very convenient location, and very kind staff. It has now become our reference point in Istanbul and we recommend it to everyone.
