RyotaroHaving two-star hotel quality is guaranteed, so rest assured.
Access is very good, just a 10-minute walk from the Ikebukuro station.
The room is compact. There was no hot water for 2 to 3 minutes, sorry. Breakfast was not very satisfying with limited food options.
