There is a receptionist much older than me, he is very friendly, I left early in the morning, gave him a 10 yuan tip, more than the maid who cleaned the room, he was very surprised, immediately took out a box like a longan for me, not sweet, but not bad.

Another year the receptionist attitude is very poor, he said you want water you have to pay, I said when I come there is required to pay, but the receptionist said no need.

In fact, I stayed in the Asia-Pacific region when asked the hotel receptionist, he said all hotels have water dispensers, they also hotel restaurant is not provided, not my problem.

The year the receptionist asked me to go to the supermarket to buy, I said I did not see the supermarket, he told me how to go, although he would also ask where I want to play, but the restaurant service personnel will help me fill water.

Remarkable hotel, location and staff

Remarkable hotel, we were very satisfied. Located in the very center, the room had everything necessary, clean and cozy. As a person who travels to Istanbul many times, there is nothing to compare with. The owner and staff are truly remarkable people. We had booked a standard room for two with one bed, but since we were with a child, they gave us an upgraded triple room with an additional bed and balcony without extra charge and requests from our side, which was very nice. We often encountered such in Antalya, but in Istanbul it's the first time, for which a big thank you) There is a restaurant downstairs, highly recommend trying the steak, tasty and atmospheric. Planning to come back here soon
