I appreciated the staff's understanding and early check-in availability, which was a major advantage.

I found the swimming pool disappointing due to its limited operating hours (only from 5 PM to 11 PM) and icy temperature. When I raised this issue, I was advised to warm up in the sauna first, which was not ideal. The facilities appeared outdated in general. Despite cleanliness, the bathroom, sink, and overall decor felt old-fashioned. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and variety. Overall, I had higher expectations, particularly considering the price.
